Brand Activation Junior Analyst

Stanley Black & Decker (SBD) has an exciting opportunity available for a Brand Activation Jr Analyst. The Junior Analyst will be working for SBD brands in the Latin America Group. Reporting to the brand leader, the Junior Analyst will collaborate to accelerate the revenue growth of the brand portfolio and enhance brand equity across Latin America. The primary responsibilities of the Junior Analyst include:
- Work with the creative development process, including starting new jobs, developing creative briefs, reviewing creative provided by internal and external studio partners, and providing feedback based on internal alignment and external testing.
- Support the delivering brand projects on time, on budget, and with excellence.
- Supporting go-to-market plans and strategies, executing across digital media and in-store environments to build SBD brands equity and set up for revenue growth.
- Working with agency partners to create social media content.
- Seeking out new ideas based on the set strategy and vision, taking inspiration from internal sources or external best-in-class activations, to drive engagement and relevancy for the brands.
- Delivering innovative communication materials on time, on budget, and with excellence.
- Ensuring compliance with brand standards and maintaining consistency of all communication elements across marketing-based activities.
- Working to deliver brand and communication KPIs such as share of impressions, share of engagement, conversion rate, brand health score, and final revenue; tracking, adjusting, and improving for continuous improvement.
- Working closely with internal sales/channel teams to recommend and develop ways for the brand to partner and drive business growth at key retailers.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Masters/MBA is a plus.
- At least 1 year of experience in a marketing or brand/digital role in a consumer goods company.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills in English. Spanish is a plus.
- Result-driven with a focus on taking action, trying new things, and getting things done.
- High energy level and highly motivated. A self-starter.
- Hands-on mentality.
- Excellent analytical, time-management, and project management skills with the ability to deliver multiple projects.
- Live in São Paulo and have availability to work in a hybrid format, at the office located in the Berrini region.
