A Marketing Activation Manager is responsible for developing and implementing marketing plans that activate global and/or business unit marketing strategies in a local market or region.
- This role will support the delivery of local/regional financial targets by operationalizing business unit marketing strategy across product categories and therapeutic areas.
- The successful candidate will partner with sales directors and controllers to set local market/region priorities and ensure maximum return on investment.
- Key responsibilities include leading, coaching, and developing the marketing organization in terms of structure, talent, and capabilities.
- Additionally, this role will enable brand managers to drive activation of business unit marketing strategy by brand in a local market.
- Strong collaboration with global teams is required to achieve business objectives.
- Professional relationships with external stakeholders are also essential.
- Active participation as part of the local market leadership team or regional marketing team is expected.
Applicants should have a professional background in marketing, business administration, industrial engineering, or related fields. A postgraduate degree or specialization in marketing or business administration is desirable.
- At least six years of management experience with technical knowledge and defined competencies.
- Expertise in marketing, project management, finance, sales channels, brand development, commercial, market measurement, consumer research, and analytical skills.
- Experience in brand building and execution B2B-B2C is highly valued.
- Knowledge of FMCG or health is preferred but not mandatory.
