Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced marketing strategist to drive our seller acquisition initiatives in Latin America.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data-driven marketing, with experience building and executing cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive seller acquisition strategies across Paid Search/SEM, Free Search/SEO, and App channels.
  • Build spend and acquisition forecast models, monitoring performance through regular reporting.
  • Explore retargeting and lower funnel programmatic media opportunities, optimizing campaigns for efficiency and understanding lifetime value vs. acquisition cost.
  • Design and implement owned channel strategies & programs to drive large-scale awareness, acquisition, and activation.
  • Continuously analyze data insights to identify new opportunities for seller growth.
  • Collaborate with brand and content teams to drive channel growth and ensure campaign alignment with brand positioning and long-term goals.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present ideas to various levels of an organization and gain support for initiatives.
