User Acquisition Manager Join the 99 team as a User Acquisition Manager and drive growth in our food delivery vertical. In this role you will expand our user base and optimize acquisition funnels through strategic online and offline initiatives. Responsibilities Design and execute user acquisition campaigns across digital and offline channels. Leverage in‑app assets (banners, highlights, category placements) to increase click‑through rates. Implement referral programs, incentives, and partnership strategies to boost adoption. Conduct A/B testing and ROI analysis to continually optimize acquisition performance. Build deep data insights on acquisition funnels and identify improvement opportunities. Collaborate cross‑functionally with Marketing, Ops, and Product to align campaign objectives. Qualifications 4+ years of experience in growth, traffic operations, or user acquisition. Proven track record in e‑commerce, food delivery, or O2O businesses. Strong analytical mindset with A/B testing expertise. Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills. Portuguese and English proficiency (mandatory); Mandarin is a strong plus.
