Job Overview As a Senior QA Automation Tester, you will be responsible for designing and executing manual and automated test strategies for web, mobile, and desktop applications in an Agile environment. Develop, maintain, and optimize automation frameworks using Playwright and TypeScript to streamline our testing processes. Perform exploratory, sanity, smoke, regression, and integration testing; log and track defects in our defect management system. Conduct backend database testing in Microsoft SQL, validating stored procedures, jobs, and triggers to ensure data integrity. Map requirements to test cases to ensure full coverage and report test results (pass/fail) accurately. Create clear, reproducible bug reports and assist the Support team in reproducing client-reported issues efficiently. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure deliverables meet functional and design specifications throughout the SDLC. The ideal candidate has: 5+ years of experience as a QA Analyst with a strong background in software testing. Experience with test automation tools such as Cypress, Playwright, or Selenium to automate repetitive tasks. Proficiency in JavaScript or TypeScript for writing and maintaining automated tests efficiently. Strong skills in executing manual test cases with attention to detail. Experience in testing web, mobile, and desktop applications, including cross-browser compatibility testing and related tools. Knowledge of Quality Assurance best practices to ensure high-quality products. Broad understanding of quality control and testing within the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Excellent written and verbal communication skills to communicate effectively with international teams. High level of English, both spoken and written, to collaborate with global teams seamlessly. Strong attention to detail to identify and resolve issues efficiently. Experience with Azure DevOps is a plus. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
