As part of the BCG X Delivery team, you\'ll collaborate on a wide array of topics, using software development methodologies to support BCG Consulting, BCG X teams, and various domains. Your role involves gathering requirements, designing, delivering high-quality software solutions, providing technical expertise, and supporting fast execution. You\'ll engage in projects from initial concepts to long-term enterprise software development, enhancing project impacts and efficiency within the organization.

Technical Skills - Knowledge And Experience With

• Unix-based command line & development tools
• Version control (e.g. Git)
• Flask, FastAPI, Django or NodeJS (BACKEND)
• Cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, etc.)
• CI/CD tools (CircleCI, Jenkins, Github Actions, etc.)
• Containerization (Docker, Kubernetes, etc.)
• Relational databases (PostgreSQL, MariaDB, MySQL, etc.)
• TypeScript
• Infrastructure as code (Terraform, Chef, Puppet, Ansible, etc.)

Job Requirements

• Completed degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Fluency in Portuguese and English
• Experience in configuration management, automation, CI-CD, infrastructure as code in a commercial setup (services or consulting)
• Additional weightage for contributions to open-source projects, blogs, forums, etc. in relevant technologies

• Skilled in CI/CD, automation, and cloud technologies (AWS, Azure) including containerization and serverless functions
• Experienced in managing cloud infrastructure, standardizing development environments, and automating processes for efficiency and security
• Proficient in troubleshooting and problem resolution with a continuous learning mindset toward new technologies and DevOps principles
• Leads engagements, collaborates with teams, and builds credibility with stakeholders
• Communicates insights effectively, maintains confidentiality, and promotes best practices
• Builds relationships to secure project work, mentors juniors, and shares knowledge
• Strong in solution development with hands-on DevOps skills and problem-solving abilities
