Account Manager Role Overview At our company, we are seeking a highly skilled Account Manager to manage and expand relationships with our advertising clients across the APAC region. This role involves managing end-to-end client relationships, ensuring successful campaign delivery, optimization, and KPI achievement. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing advertising strategies to drive client ROI and campaign performance. You will also collaborate with internal teams (operations, product, tech) to ensure smooth execution and timely issue resolution. In this role, you will provide clients with regular data analysis, performance reports, and actionable insights. You will identify upselling, cross-selling, and expansion opportunities within existing accounts. Additionally, you will stay informed about APAC advertising market trends and competitive landscape. Requirements 2+ years of experience in digital advertising, programmatic, or mobile marketing as an Account Manager or Customer Success Manager; Fluent in English; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus; Solid understanding of advertising operations, SDKs, attribution platforms like Appsflyer or Adjust, and fraud prevention; Strong project management, client servicing, and communication skills; Excellent analytical skills with a data-driven approach to optimization; Highly self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of managing multiple accounts remotely across time zones.
