Aspiring Senior Python Developer At the heart of every successful organization lies a talented team of skilled developers. We're on the hunt for an exceptional Senior Python Developer to drive our backend infrastructure forward. The ideal candidate will be responsible for architecting and implementing high-performance APIs using FastAPI , designing and maintaining scalable microservices architecture, optimizing applications for speed, reliability, and scalability, and collaborating with product managers and front-end developers to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Key responsibilities will include managing containerization using Docker and orchestrating deployments on Amazon EKS , performing database design and optimization using PostgreSQL , conducting code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards, troubleshooting, debugging, and improving application performance, preparing technical documentation for APIs and backend systems, and mentoring junior developers and contributing to team growth. To excel in this role, you'll need 8-10 years of professional experience in software development with Python , strong expertise in Python frameworks , particularly FastAPI , proficiency in containerization tools (Docker ) and orchestration platforms (Amazon EKS ), solid understanding of relational databases, especially PostgreSQL , including query optimization, experience with building RESTful APIs and microservices architecture, familiarity with cloud services like AWS (e.g., EC2 , S3 ), knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and source control tools like Git , and strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
