Who We’re Looking For We’re looking for a top‑tier expert in e‑commerce lifecycle marketing—someone who can confidently lead strategy for high‑profile brands, think critically, and use data to drive meaningful revenue growth. The ideal candidate is someone who: Is deeply experienced in e‑commerce retention marketing Excels at structuring comprehensive email programs Thinks strategically and communicates with clarity Is compassionate, kind, and humble Has extremely strong attention to detail Thrives in a fast‑moving remote agency environment Loves owning strategy and client relationships Not “good”—exceptional. The Role As the Senior Email Strategist, you will own strategy development, execution oversight, and client communication for multiple fast‑growing e‑commerce brands. Your focus will be purely on strategic excellence, performance, and client success—working together with a Project Manager focused on the project management tasks. Key Responsibilities Strategic Planning & Execution Develop high‑impact email and lifecycle marketing strategies aligned with client goals Own segmentation, automation architecture, and campaign planning Create detailed content calendars and strategic direction (copy/design executed by our team) Lead A/B testing strategy and implement optimizations Bring forward world‑class ideas based on industry trends and performance insights Data Analysis & Reporting Track and analyze email performance, revenue attribution, and ROI Build data‑driven insights and clear next steps for weekly & monthly reportingProactively identify opportunities for growth, retention improvements, and increased LTV Client Relationship Management Serve as the primary strategist and expert partner for 5–8 clients Communicate progress, insights, and strategic recommendations Conduct client calls, answer questions, and maintain trusted relationships Identify upsell opportunities when relevant Project Management & Execution Oversight Work closely with designers, copywriters, and implementation specialists Ensure deliverables meet strategic goals and deadlines Collaborate with PMs to maintain smooth workflow and efficient execution Success in This Role Looks Like Client Load: Successfully owning strategy for 5–8 clients at a time ROI: Ensuring clients achieve a minimum 5x ROI Strategic Excellence: Proactively leading clients with strong insights, ideas, and data‑driven recommendations Who Will Thrive Here Resilient and adaptable, thriving in a dynamic agency environment Deeply detail‑oriented, with exceptional quality control Creative + analytical in equal measure Emotionally intelligent, strong communicator, and client‑facing Highly organized, able to juggle multiple accounts Familiar with Klaviyo and similar ESPs Strong understanding of deliverability, best practices, and CAN‑SPAM Preferred: Background in e‑commerce, lifecycle marketing, and agency workflows What We Offer 4‑day work week (Mon–Thurs) 100% remote, flexible ET/PT‑friendly hours 20 days PTO High‑growth environment with generous learning stipends Strong focus on personal & professional development A fun, kind, collaborative team that cares deeply about doing amazing work Real growth opportunities in a fast‑moving agency The Email Marketers provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other protected characteristic. #J-18808-Ljbffr
