About the Role This is a unique opportunity to join a team as a Data Migration Specialist and take on a challenging role that involves transitioning and transforming data from legacy systems to new platforms. Data Migration and Transformation: As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing data migration processes. Data Integrity and Quality: Your primary focus will be to ensure data integrity and validation during the migration process. Project and Risk Management: You will plan and manage data migration projects, including resource allocation and schedule management. It is essential to identify and mitigate the risks associated with data migration, developing proactive strategies to address potential challenges. Compliance and Governance: You will ensure that data migration processes comply with industry standards and regulations. This includes adhering to organizational policies and procedures. Documentation and Communication: As part of this role, you will generate regular progress reports for stakeholders. You will also create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all data migration activities, ensuring transparency, accountability, and knowledge sharing.
