Job Rol: Partner Driver Location: João Pessoa, Paraíba, Brazil Role Summary One of our clients is hiring independent drivers with utility vehicles for last-mile deliveries for a major e-commerce company. Both experienced drivers and beginners are welcome. Full training, guidance, and mentoring are provided. Key Responsibilities Deliver packages efficiently on scheduled routes. Follow automated, app-based routing and register deliveries. Load packages quickly with no queues. Maintain safety and professionalism while delivering packages. Receive bi-weekly payments and productivity bonuses. Working Conditions Fast and organized loading Own delivery app for routing and package registration Automated route planning Bi-weekly payments Performance-based incentives Compensation Details Monday to Saturday: R$272.00/day Sundays and holidays: R$330.50/day Fuel bonus: R$0.61 per planned KM per route Payments made directly to the driver’s account upon invoice issuance Requirements Vehicle up to 15 years old (Fiorino, Van, Kangoo, Strada, Saveiro, Montana, or similar) Active CNPJ (can be MEI) Driver’s license with EAR registration (Exercise of Remunerated Activity) Toxicological exam Apply Now #J-18808-Ljbffr
