Alguém que goste de trabalhar em um ambiente dinâmico, colaborativo e sem rotina fixa, com foco na construção de confiança e relacionamentos duradouros entre clientes, parceiros e áreas internas.ResponsabilidadesElaborar apresentações, demos customizadas e protótipos com base nas necessidades específicas dos clientes;
Criar e ministrar treinamentos e workshops para os times de Vendas, Canais e Parceiros;
Responder a RFPs e apoiar tecnicamente oportunidades em andamento;
Atuar pontualmente no pós-venda para estimular expansão e renovação da base instalada;
Manter-se atualizado(a)sobre os produtos Oracle, tendências de mercado e concorrência;
Estabelecer e manter relacionamentos de confiança com clientes, equipes de Vendas, Educação, Canais, Produtos e Marketing;
Colaborar com times globais de estratégia, desenvolvimento e marketing de produto;
Apoiar iniciativas de posicionamento de valor e contribuir para metas da unidade de negócio;
Possibilidade de viagens, quando necessário.ResponsibilitiesPerfil Esperado:
Capacidade de entender as dores e objetivos do cliente e traduzi-los em soluções práticas e relevantes;
Facilidade paraliderar apresentações, conversas estratégicas e atuar em ambientes multiculturais;
Espírito colaborativo ealta capacidade de comunicação (oral e escrita);
Proatividade e autonomia no trabalho virtual/remoto;
Habilidade de atuação transversal em diversos times e projetos.Requisitos Experiência em engenharia de soluções, pré-vendas, pós-vendas ou funções técnicas similares;
Experiência comelaboração de demos customizadas e interação com clientes corporativos;
Fluência em inglês e espanhol (obrigatório);
Conhecimentos sólidos em infraestrutura de nuvem, aplicações SaaS, automação, IA (inclusive generativa) e agentes autônomos;
Experiência Sólida de marketing digital e plataformas como CRM, CDP, funil de vendas, CDM, entre outros;
