What We're Looking For:

Requirements

  • +3 years working in talent attraction
  • Conducting interviews by competencies
  • Headhunter skills
  • Conversational English
  • Advanced Spanish Level *Mandatory*
  • It is a plus if you have worked in communication agencies.

Activities

  • Manage the cycle of the internal talent attraction process
  • Headhunting
  • Search for suitable candidates for requested profiles
  • Phone screening and competency-based interviews
  • Monitor the recruitment process
  • Manage recruitment tools
  • Negotiate with candidates and internal clients
  • Organizational development activities
