**Your Responsibilities**:
- Assess Brazil Clinical and Diagnostics market segment commercial strategy for Lab Water portfolio with appropriate timeline execution.
- Meet sales target ensuring the annual OP for the territory and key customers by gaining market share, maintaining core business, and seeding Lab Water products in the customer´s pipeline.
- Strengthen knowledge of the Clinical/Diagnostics market and the competition, closely following commercial and marketing/marcom actions
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of accounts dynamics and strategy. Build favorable relationships with customers and partners at all levels in the territory.
- Lead travelling & visits to customers. Monitor, maintain and update customer's information into SFDC and competition activities in appropriate databases.
- Proactively prospecting to accelerate new leads' generation, understand the customer's needs and how the product/service offered by our company can benefit her/him, introduce Lab Water mission and vision to the market, build business proposals, perform follow-up.
- Demonstrate comfort in effective pricing and contract negotiation and closing business deals with senior managers and/or executives. Elaborate quotations & give follow up with customers. Get new agreements and make sure that annual revisions are done.
- Provide an accurate and realistic forecast of the projected territory orders. Monitor customer orders to ensure budget were be achieved and products were will delivered in a timely manner.
- Get clear focus and prioritization to your responsibilities. Complete tasks connected with their commercial responsibilities (SFDC; Milli-Q Projects Develop, leads, visits, Opp, installed base).
- Contributes knowledge to Lab Water Solution Portfolio. Applies info to target customers and develop territory strategy.
- Participate in trade-shows, training, seminars.
**Requirements**:
- Degree in Chemistry, Biological, BioChemistry, Pharmaciest, Chemical Engineering, Business, Marketing and related careers or non-graduates with substantial and equivalent professional experience.
- Languages: Portuguese native. Spanish: basic English: advanced
- Experience in Commercial, Project or Product management in clinical diagnostic business)
