**The Role**
Based in either **Chile**, **Brazil** or **Peru**, the Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) formulates partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to management and serves as an internal consultant to management on human resource-related issues. You will maintain an effective level of business literacy about each business unit's financial position, growth plans and culture.
**In this role, you will have the opportunity to**:
- Advise, support and in some instances design, HR activities in areas such as performance management, compensation, career development, workforce planning, and succession planning for the regional teams you support
- Ensure the teams you support are resourced with the right people, in the right jobs, at the right time
- Diagnose organizational effectiveness and identify gaps and opportunities that may impact business results
- Ensure standard HR support is provided to foundational activities for the teams you support such as recruitment, onboarding, training, payroll and benefits administration
- Support culture and talent outcomes in support of strategic objectives
- Coach leadership to enable team effectiveness and leadership alignment
- Play a key role in the design, development and implementation of a range of strategic initiatives designed to enhance employee skill development based on the critical abilities essential for success at Seequent
**In order to be successful in this role, you should have**:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working in an HR generalist role
- Experience working in a multi-national organization
- Sound working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee relations, diversity, performance management, and employment law
- Experience in ensuring all means of communication, whether written or oral, are of a high level of effectiveness, accuracy and professionalism and are delivered in a clear and concise manner.
- Experience in delivering the highest possible level of value-add customer service through dedication to understanding and wanting to exceed customer needs.
- Experience in building and sustaining effective working relationships through excellent interpersonal skills, collaboration, openness and a strong desire to continually add value
- Strong analytical, problem solving and methodical skill
- Strong global & cultural awareness and being ethical in all your practices
