The ideal candidate should possess over 2 years of experience in developing production-ready services with asynchronous Python, with a solid grasp of Python fundamentals, including async/await, typing system, modern Pydantic, and testing frameworks. We're seeking someone who has hands-on experience building RESTful APIs with FastAPI and ASGI servers, possessing strong operational and debugging skills for async systems and distributed services, as well as extensive knowledge of Postgres and MongoDB databases. Apart from that, the successful candidate will be responsible for enhancing observability and reliability for complex, distributed workloads, managing and optimizing databases, maintaining and orchestrating containerized development workflows, and promoting high-quality code through rigorous testing practices.
