Global Talent Sourcing Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Global Talent Sourcing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and attracting top talent from around the world.

  • Develop and execute proactive talent sourcing strategies to identify and attract high-potential candidates.
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders, including hiring managers and recruitment teams, to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Source and qualify candidates using various channels, including social media, job boards, and referrals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective recruitment marketing campaigns.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years of recruitment experience, preferably in a global or international setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant tools and technologies.
  • Fluent English language skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
