Key responsabilities:
Attract, map, build pipelines and hire high-quality talent. Support functions, focusing on operational, technical and leadership roles.
Proactively engage in headhunting and direct sourcing to identify active and passive candidates across different channels.
Build and maintain external pipelines to ensure a diverse and agile talent pool for future business needs.
Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Hiring Managers and People Partners to understand talent gaps and design forward-looking hiring strategies.
Navigate complex stakeholder environments, collaborating across departments and geographies.
Advocate for the candidate experience from first contact to onboarding, ensuring timely, respectful and informative communication.
Contribute to employer branding initiatives on different platforms and local events, aligned with regional and global strategies.
Drive continuous improvement by leveraging data and feedback to enhance recruitment processes.
Coordinate and support hiring activities even when managers are based internationally, ensuring strong local alignment.
Be available for occasional travel to other terminals to support recruitment initiatives or collaborate with Hiring Managers.
Must have:
Degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields;
Strong knowledge in Talent Acquisition, especially in operational roles;
Advanced English;
Proven experience in proactive sourcing, talent mapping, and headhunting
Nice to have:
Knowledge in Workday.
Backgoround in supply chain or terminal operations
Soft Skills:
Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to handle competing priorities and provide consultative guidance
Comfort working in ambiguous environments and managing multiple roles simultaneously with independence
Resilience and adaptability to work in a hybrid model, with remote supervision and on-site business partners.
