Grape Law Firm, PLLC is looking for a talented colleague for the Business Development Specialist position in Türkiye. Grape Law is a New York-based, young, and dynamic law firm dedicated to helping immigrants worldwide navigate the immigration process and obtain citizenship. As we expand our presence in Brazil, we are looking for a highly motivated Business Development Specialist to join our team. This role is remote and follows New York time zone working hours . Responsibilities Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Brazilian market, with a focus on expanding client base and strategic partnerships. Participate regularly in fairs and events to engage in collaborative activities and generate potential customer leads. Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, partners, and stakeholders. Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic business initiatives. Collaborate with the marketing team to tailor outreach and campaigns. Support client acquisition through presentations, networking events, and compelling business proposals. Track and analyze KPIs and business performance metrics to identify trends and growth opportunities. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, International Relations, or a related field. Proven experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment. Fluency in Portuguese and English (both written and spoken); Spanish is a plus.
