Job Opportunity:We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Partnership Specialist to play a key role in our growth strategy.This individual will be responsible for executing multi-touch outreach campaigns, building relationships, and driving new partnerships across the facility management and home services industry.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement multi-channel outreach strategies to engage potential partnersNurture and manage a pipeline of partnership prospects from initial contact to deal closureQualify warm leads and schedule calls, presentations, and demos with decision-makersNegotiate and close partnership agreements aligned with company objectivesManage accurate records in CRM; provide regular reports on outreach activity and pipeline statusCollaborate in the development and optimization of scripts, templates, and campaign materialsRepresent the organization as a brand ambassador, ensuring a positive and professional partner experienceRequirements:At least 2 years of experience in B2B or B2B2C sales, preferably in home services, facility management, or related fieldsProven track record of success in direct sales, partnership management, or business developmentExcellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skillsAbility to identify key decision-makers and build rapport quickly via calls and digital channelsProficiency in using CRM and sales automation toolsHighly organized, accountable, and driven by measurable goalsPreferred Qualifications:Experience in facility management, HVAC, pest control, or cleaning servicesFamiliarity with affiliate or partnership program modelsBackground in running multi-channel outbound campaigns
