The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud. Browse our Operations team openings to see how you can make an impact with us.
- Responsável pela análise e geração de KPIs de performance, custo e qualidade da área de First Mile a nível nacional;
- Desenvolver ferramentas de monitoramento de processo, através do uso de ferramentas e base de dados, garantindo o acompanhamento em tempo real dos processos de coletas (First Mile);
- Responsável por elaborar e atualizar os indicadores de controle de processo, garantindo que os pontos de melhoria identificados estejam sendo tratados através de planos de ação para evitar ocorrências semelhantes;
- Garantir boa interface com a área de planejamento operacional e a área de execução (LiveOps), analisando e coletando informações, propondo melhorias buscando maior eficiência e assertividade dos planos elaborados;
- Avaliar e propor na rotina pontos de melhoria em sistema e controles que possam auxiliar o monitoramento e controle operacional;
- Responsável pelo desenvolvimento e monitoramento das reuniões diárias, semanais e mensais com todo o time de FM a nível nacional.
**Requirements**:
- Ensino superior completo/cursando em Engenharia, logística ou áreas correlatas;
- Alta capacidade analítica, para diagnosticar melhorias de processo e solucionar problemas complexos;
- Inglês Intermediário / Avançado;
- Pacote Office Avançado;
- Conhecimento em SQL, Data Studio, VBA, RPA;
- Conhecimento em ferramentas para desenvolvimento de projetos;
- Experiência com desenvolvimento e gestão de indicadores (KPI's).
