About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Graphic Designer with a strong background in digital art and illustration. You will be responsible for creating high-quality in-app promotional materials, social media content, and marketing creatives using our product’s avatars and digital assets. The ideal candidate has senior-level experience in digital asset creation, strong compositing skills, and a versatile portfolio that demonstrates range, consistency, and professional quality across styles.
This role requires both creativity and adaptability — you should bring an AI-forward mindset, be eager to explore and leverage AI tools, and maintain polished, professional outputs without relying on “obvious AI” work. We’re looking for someone collaborative, low ego, and excited to iterate based on feedback to align with brand vision.
Responsibilities:
Create compelling digital visuals by styling and posing in-game assets.
Design graphics for product promotions, in-app releases, in-app posts, websites, social media, email campaigns, and internal projects.
Leverage AI tools and models to ideate, enhance, and polish creative content while maintaining professional quality.
Develop and maintain high standards for static graphics and visual storytelling.
Create reusable templates for in-app promotions and campaigns.
Innovate new approaches to presenting promotions and seasonal content.
Collaborate closely with art, product, and live operations teams to deliver creative solutions.
Manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment to consistently meet deadlines.
Proactively generate and suggest creative ideas to elevate the look and feel of the brand.
Stay current with digital design trends and incorporate them thoughtfully into your work.
Take full ownership for delivering quality work that meets both deadlines and brand objectives.
Requirements
Senior-level experience as a graphic designer or digital artist.
Strong portfolio showcasing versatility, compositing skills, and consistent quality across a range of digital design work. (Avoid portfolios limited to one style or heavy in print/traditional design.)
Expertise in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
Proven ability in character styling, lighting, effects, backgrounds, and mood/expressions.
Strong foundation in drawing, anatomy, perspective, and color theory.
Demonstrated skill in adapting to client/brand vision and iterating based on feedback.
Collaborative, low-ego approach with excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Self-driven with strong organizational and time management abilities.
Bonuses
Passion for fashion design.
Knowledge of Adobe After Effects and experience creating 2D animated promotional videos.
Experience with video editing.
Background in character art.
The position will start with an initial 1-month contract period, with the possibility of renewal and extension based on performance and business needs.
