Job Title:\We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our organization as a Financial Operations Specialist.This role is responsible for ensuring compliance with IT policy across various financial applications, including JDE and Trintech.\Key Responsibilities:\\Evaluate SOC reports to identify potential risks and ensure vendor compliance\Develop and implement plans to enforce compliance with IT policy and standard user management processes\Collaborate with third-party vendors to implement SaaS solutions and ensure seamless integration with existing systems\Utilize financial acumen and analytical skills to drive business decisions and process improvements\Maintain strong working knowledge of software development life cycle and project management methodologies\Ensure effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams\Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in financial operations and technology\Develop and maintain detailed documentation of financial processes and procedures\Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and reduce costs\Provide expert-level support for financial ERP applications and related technologies\Participate in the design and implementation of new financial systems and processes\Conduct training and onboarding for new employees and stakeholders\Maintain high level of professionalism and confidentiality when handling sensitive information\Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times\Perform other duties as assigned by management\Work collaboratively with team members to achieve shared goals and objectives\Proactively seek out opportunities for growth and development within the organization\Stay current with emerging trends and technologies in financial operations and technology\Effectively manage competing priorities and meet deadlines\Communicate complex financial concepts and ideas effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences\Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leadership, peers, and external partners\Deliver high-quality work products and services that meet or exceed expectations\Lead by example and demonstrate a commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction\Actively participate in ongoing training and development initiatives to enhance skills and knowledge\Support the development and implementation of strategic plans and initiatives\Steward company resources and assets responsibly\Engage in activities that promote a positive and inclusive work environment\Maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity in all interactions\Demonstrate a strong work ethic and willingness to go above and beyond to deliver results\Embodies the values and mission of the organization\Other relevant experience may be considered.\
