Descrição da vaga Do you have a passion for continuous improvement in business processes? Mouts is looking for a Change Management Process Specialist in RTR/TAX to join our Global Technology team. This role is essential in supporting change management for process changes from an end-to-end (E2E) perspective, including training support, access management, and being the primary expert in new system functionalities, for one of our key clients. Main Responsibilities Lead and oversee actions related to process impacts within SMEs (Subject Matter Experts) and the business. Create training materials in collaboration with SMEs and conduct hands‑on sessions. Facilitate and lead training sessions with ambassadors and/or train the trainers. Assist in mapping business activities and managing technical cutover processes. Develop a deep understanding of system functionalities to effectively address and resolve business challenges related to system adaptation. Support in mapping roles and profiles (User Access Management - UAM). Contribute to the development and execution of Communication & Engagement Plans. Provide support to the hypercare team in resolving incidents related to the processes under your jurisdiction. Ensure a smooth transition of processes to regular business operations, maintaining alignment with standard practices. What We Are Looking For Proficiency in project management methodologies, both Agile and Traditional. Ability to use tools effectively for developing training materials. Fluent in English. Knowledge of SAP, preferably S/4 FI. Technical understanding of business processes in Finance & Tax. Expertise in process design. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Proven problem-solving abilities.
