Job Description Join Mars in a Transformative Journey as an Integration Delivery Lead Mars is on an exciting path of Digital & Business Transformation, revolutionizing our existing ERP systems with a cutting‑edge SAP ecosystem powered by S/4 Hana. We are seeking a dynamic Integration Delivery Lead to be a pivotal force in this transformation, spearheading the modernization of legacy integrations and automations through innovative approaches like APIs, Events, and process automation tools. Why This Role? As an Integration Delivery Lead, you will be at the forefront of our Digital Core program, leading a talented team to deliver seamless integration and automation solutions. This is your chance to make a significant impact on a global scale, working with state‑of‑the‑art technologies and collaborating with diverse teams across Mars. What are we looking for? Educational Background: A Master of Sciences degree or equivalent in engineering, IT, computer sciences, or management. Experience: Over 5 years in IT roles, with a strong background in IT Applications or IT Technology. Leadership: Proven experience in leading IT projects, preferably Agile, and managing third‑party SI partners. Technical Expertise: Proficiency in modern integration technologies such as API management, Event‑Driven Architecture, IPaaS, and Automation within SAP or Microsoft Azure ecosystems. Communication Skills: Ability to effectively engage with a wide range of audiences, from senior leaders to technical experts. What will be your key responsibilities? Design & Strategy: Participate in design workshops, representing your team alongside solution architects, and help define the best strategies for program deployment. Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain a network of key stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration across Business & IT, from analysts to directors. Vendor Management: Lead and manage vendor resources in building and delivering new integrations and automations, overseeing resource planning, milestone management, and risk management. Performance Monitoring: Define, track, and enhance KPIs to monitor delivery performance and quality, ensuring processes are respected and governance is in place. Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and lead their implementation to enhance delivery efficiency and effectiveness. What can you expect from Mars?
