Senior Systems Analyst Logistics Company: HUGO BOSS do Brasil Ltda. Location: São Paulo, Brazil Employment type: Full-time In a fast and frequently changing retail environment Hugo Boss is looking for an ambitious, curious systems analyst to support business growth and provide state‑of‑the‑art systems & applications. This System Analyst has a technical background and experience with SAP warehouse management systems and applications and a solid understanding of logistics processes. The role is responsible for analysing business needs, implementing IT concepts, and performing daily operational service activities. What you can expect: Monitor and support logistics IT applications and operations for Hugo Boss own as well as third‑party operated warehouses Track and manage incidents, perform root cause analysis and develop problem solutions Transfer business requirements into IT concepts and implement those into SAP WM / LES / EWM Perform optimisation and continuous improvement of information systems for logistics and cross‑module functionalities using standard SAP tools Assist with testing activities including creating test scenarios, cases, and scripts as well as executing unit, integration and user acceptance testing Participate or lead IT logistics‑relevant projects Collaborate with regional and global IT and business teams Continuously refresh and expand your own know‑how in the defined area of logistics systems Your profile: Minimum bachelor’s degree in Business Information Systems, Computer Science or equivalent Minimum of 3 years of experience implementing and/or supporting business solutions using SAP IM WM/LES or SAP EWM (preferred in the retail or consumer goods industry) Good technical knowledge and understanding of logistics business processes such as inbound put‑away, pick‑pack VAS, outbound inventory management and transportation systems Experience configuring SAP systems for logistics business requirements Well‑versed with integration points between SAP WM/ECC and other modules Substantial experience with SAP interface technologies such as IDoc/ALE, CIF, RFC and ability to analyse issues related to XML files, RF devices, labels and forms in SAP Familiar with testing in SAP including unit functional and integration testing with tools such as Azure Tosca Strong oral and written communication skills in English; fluency in German, Spanish or Portuguese is a plus Analytical, independent, structured and careful work attitude with organisational talent and assertiveness, ability to prioritise and manage commitments and adapt to changing priorities Your benefits: Annual bonus Health and dental insurance (fully paid by the company) Life insurance Employee discount programme Clothing allowanceMeal voucher Parking or transport voucher Short Friday Birthday gift card / Day Off Gympass (Wellhub) Hybrid working model (home & office) ALL RESUMES/CV MUST BE SUBMITTED IN ENGLISH.
