Job Overview: The Account Executive is responsible for leading our sales pipeline, fostering partnerships, and driving business growth. Key Responsibilities include generating new business opportunities, managing sales ownership, expanding market presence, developing strategic partnerships, ensuring revenue growth, and collaborating across departments. Requirements: A minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, partnerships, or business development, preferably in digital marketing, SaaS, or creative industries; Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills; A proven track record of closing deals and achieving revenue targets; An entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently; Passionate about innovative services, influencer marketing, and digital content creation. Compensation Package: Commission-based: 10% of profit per sale, paid monthly. Growth Opportunity: Potential to advance into a Sales Director role with a hybrid base + commission structure as the team expands.
