The Regional Sales Leader – LATAM will be responsible for driving strategic sales initiatives to boost top-line performance across the region. This includes expanding existing accounts, acquiring new business through local and international promotional activities, and maximizing revenue opportunities for hotel properties.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to maximize revenue, including local corporate accounts, meetings & events, and group segments.
- Represent the brand at local and international trade shows, sales missions, and industry events.
- SOURCE QUALIFY AND SOLICIT NEW LEADS WHILE REACTIVATING PAST ACCOUNTS.
- Manage and report monthly KPIs and team performance to the VP of Operations.
- Monitor team performance against booking goals; recommend and implement improvement strategies.
- Collaborate with Revenue Management to align sales strategies with forecasting and business priorities.
- Oversee and optimize the performance of the Groups and Reservations departments, ensuring timely responses, high conversion rates, and effective proposal quality.
- BUILD AND MAINTAIN STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL STAKEHOLDERS.
