Experienced Recruiter For The Swedish It IndustrySweden needs skilled engineers, with approximately 30,000 required by 2030. We currently have around 200 open positions for Software Engineers with our clients in Sweden. As a senior headhunter, you will help find engineers ready to move to Sweden and inform them about the benefits of living and working there. Your job will involve building trust with suitable candidates, supported by a global team of recruiters and an executive management team in Sweden. We offer a range of benefits, including assistance with relocation, visa, work permits, tickets, and housing arrangements. Our clients are primarily in software development, R&D, cyber security, and other related fields. You will be part of a team characterized by a profound joy for helping engineers and their families build new careers and lives in Sweden. Telescope's core values are joy, trust, and professionalism. Required competence includes at least 5 years of professional experience in recruitment in the IT sector or similar technical experience. You should have a solid network of local engineering talent, be service-oriented, and have high-quality brand awareness. A solid and well-proven network of local engineering talent within IT. Extremely service-oriented, with a flexible mindset towards always finding the best solution for the challenge at hand. High quality and brand awareness. Understanding or interest in headhunting and the principle of IT outstaffing/outsourcing companies. Upper intermediate English. Some knowledge of contemporary IT technologies and methods. Ability to learn new technologies and identify recruitment opportunities. Self-confident, happy, social, friendly, and outgoing with high self-motivation. Durable and stubborn, with the capacity to take a 'no' as a reason to try harder. Passionate about success, with an executive yet relaxed attitude towards work, colleagues, and customers. We offer a full-time, long-term contract as a Private Entrepreneur, with a minimum duration of 12 months. The role involves eight hours of efficient work per day, Monday to Friday, with overtime compensation. You will work from home or a co-location center of your choice, with a remuneration package starting at 1200 USD, plus remittance fees and taxes.
