If you thrive in fast-paced environments, love keeping thingsefficient and compliant, and enjoycollaborating across teams, this is the role for youTO APPLY FOR THIS POSITION, PLEASE COMPLETE THE FOLLOWING FORM:✨ What You’ll Do ✅Team Support:Assist with scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining sales records. ✅CRM & Data Management:Ensureclient recordsinHubSpotand other systems are always updated and accurate. ✅Cross-Department Coordination:Work withSales, Marketing, and Operationsto ensure smooth communication and workflow. ✅Audits & Compliance:Performdaily auditsto maintain process adherence and data integrity. ✅Client Interaction:Respond to client inquiries professionally and escalate when necessary. ✅Reporting & KPIs:Trackkey metrics, generate reports, and providedata-driven insights. ✅Presentation & Proposal Support:Help create sales materials forclient meetings. ✅Administrative Assistance:Providead-hoc supportto ensure operational efficiency.What You’ll Bring ✔Fluent English(written & spoken) with strong communication skills. ✔Extreme attention to detail– accuracy inSOP’s, reporting, and documentation. ✔ Strongorganizational skills– able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. ✔Adaptability & flexibility– comfortable in a growing, evolving company. ✔ Experience insales administration or operations support(preferred). ✔ Ideal if you have experience with Notion, Hubspot, Zapier or similar tools ✔ Ability to workindependentlywhile collaborating in a team environment. ✔ Aproblem-solving mindsetwith a passion for continuous improvement.Compensation & Benefits Montly Salary: $1000–$1,500 USD 36 PTOs per year 100% Remote Work – Work from anywhere Professional Development & Growth Opportunities ⏰Core Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 14:00 AM EST (3 hours per day flexible) Full-time (40 hrs/week) – Immediate Start AvailableReady to Join Us?
