What you will do:
  • Respond to customer inquiries and support billing and order-to-cash processes
  • Design email templates as needed
  • Conduct research and analysis on products
  • Develop training programs and assessments for consultants
  • Prepare and deliver regular reports
  • Follow team training and policy guidelines
What you need to succeed in this role:
  • Excellent English skills (at least C1 in speaking and writing)
  • Experience with AWS or other cloud platforms
  • Strong networking knowledge
  • Proficiency in Accounts Receivable, billing, and order-to-cash processes
  • Customer support experience with SaaS products
  • Proficiency in Salesforce
  • Sales-savvy, with administrative and communication skills
  • A service-driven attitude to ensure excellent customer service
  • Personal laptop (minimum 8GB RAM) and stable internet (50 Mbps download, 40 Mbps upload)
Preferred qualifications:
  • Salesforce certifications or accounting knowledge
