Job Overview OEM Manager, LATAM Location Latin America (Brazil, Argentina, Chile, Mexico) Format Hybrid Responsibilities Lead the team to negotiate business partnerships and commercial agreements with key OEMs in the region. Drive improved sales efficiency and effectiveness through the rigorous use of sales management tools such as account prospecting, sales funnels, and forecasting. Implement DBS tools to drive process improvement. Develop and implement sales organization and talent improvements, including sales process improvement and channel effectiveness strategies. Partner with Country Managers throughout Latin America and with colleagues across the Global OEM Organization to maximize the effectiveness of our OEM business throughout Latin America. Develop and detail strategic account plans outlining a competitive strategy leading to successful account penetration. Qualifications Has 5 years or more of successful commercial management (sales or marketing). Is experienced in selling into and managing OEM or other strategic accounts. Is experienced in negotiating commercial agreements. Able to communicate professionally with leadership across multiple countries; ideally fluent/capable in Portuguese, Spanish, and English.
