About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Program Manager to lead complex, enterprise‑scale IT consulting programs spanning infrastructure, cloud, DevOps, automation, and cybersecurity. In this strategic role, you will oversee multiple project managers, align program outcomes with business objectives, and act as a trusted advisor to clients and internal stakeholders. You will champion execution excellence, drive portfolio‑level planning, and foster continuous improvement within the PMO. Must be flexible to work in EST and PST time zones as needed. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage large, multi‑workstream programs and strategic initiatives for enterprise clients. Oversee a portfolio of projects, ensuring alignment with program goals, timelines, and budgets. Provide strategic guidance and mentorship to project managers and cross‑functional delivery teams. Serve as the senior point of escalation for program‑level risks, issues, and decisions. Build and maintain strong client relationships at executive and stakeholder levels. Define and implement best practices, standards, and governance processes for program delivery. Monitor interdependencies across projects and optimize resource allocation. Facilitate executive steering committees, program reviews, and decision‑making forums. Contribute to quarterly and annual planning, resource forecasting, and capacity management. Champion continuous improvement initiatives across the PMO. Qualifications & Skills 10+ years of experience in IT program and project management, including strategic client engagements. Proven experience managing complex programs across infrastructure, cloud (Azure/AWS), DevOps, cybersecurity, and automation. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred). Active PMP, PgMP, or equivalent project management certification. Hands‑on experience with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies. Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, ROI analysis, and program profitability. Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional, matrixed, and remote teams across multiple geographies. Skilled in stakeholder engagement, executive communication, and negotiation. Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple projects under pressure. Exceptional written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
