Job Description

TSYS, a Global Payments company, operates in more than 75 countries worldwide, processing billions of card transactions annually.

We are seeking a Business Technical Service Analyst with client-facing experience and proficiency in PL/SQL to join our team. This role offers opportunities for professional growth and involvement in our expanding operations in Latin America & The Caribbean.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain long-term client relationships by understanding their business objectives and acting as a primary support contact.
  • Assist in evaluating client requirements, effort estimation, and guide clients in utilizing standard solutions to maximize revenue.
  • Translate client business needs into detailed technical specifications and present them effectively for approval.
  • Identify critical business impact issues from Service Desk reports.
  • Maintain documentation of client systems, environments, and specific requirements for review and feedback.
  • Participate in release management and client-related activities, ensuring smooth code deployment without disrupting client operations.
  • Contribute to simple project and development plans, adapting as needed to meet evolving requirements.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
  • Proven experience with Oracle Database and PL/SQL development.
  • Experience consulting with clients to address business needs.
  • Skills in requirements gathering, technical design, and presentations.
  • Fluent in English (speaking, listening, writing).
