Overview

Responsible for the complete management of warehouse processes (Inbound or Outbound) in a specific shift or multiple shifts.

Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of Area Managers and associates in operations
  • Ensure safety, quality, and operation performance
  • Achieve and exceed operational goals
  • Develop strategic planning and forecasts
  • Mentoring and team development
  • Implement process improvements
Management
  • Reports to the Senior Process Manager
  • Lead Area team/Team Managers
  • Manages approximately 300 direct/indirect employees with variations depending on the period
  • Interface with support areas (HR, Finance, Facilities, Security, IT)
Additional Requirements
  • Willingness to work on a 3x2 scale (3 working days with 3 days off, 2 working days with 2 days off)
  • 12-hour shifts (day shift: 06:00 to 18:00 or night shift: 18:00 to 05:00)
  • Willingness to work on weekends
  • Capacity to lift up to 22kg
  • Walking long distances in the warehouse
  • Stay standing for up to 12 hours
  • Adapt to different environmental conditions
  • Access all areas of the building (stairs, sailor-type stairs)
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
  • Employee and performance management experience
  • Advanced English skills
  • Performance metrics, process improvement or lean techniques experience
