Operations Leadership Role

We are seeking an experienced Operations Leadership professional to lead and manage a team of sub-area managers at our Sort Center.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing team to achieve performance objectives
  • Foster positive employee relations, develop leadership talent, and ensure effective stakeholder management across Delivery Stations, Fulfillment Centers, Safety, Loss Prevention, and Middle Mile teams

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field (e.g., business, engineering, operations, supply chain, transportation logistics)
  • Able to work flexible schedules, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
  • Strong background in people and shop floor operations

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, operations, supply chain, transportation logistics

About the Role:

The Operations Leadership Manager is responsible for all aspects of Inbound, Processing, and Outbound operations, including safety, quality, performance, and customer experience. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and problem-solving abilities.
