Regional Operations Manager

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our yard management activities in the region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leadership, performance metrics, and process improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and execute strategic and cross-functional yard operations.
- Manage a group of Operations Leads within regional clusters, driving a performance culture and instilling ownership.
- Lead projects and initiatives to drive improvements on cost and speed.
- Be the main point of contact for transportation inside Fulfillment Centers, negotiating new project entrances and solving issues affecting BR sites.
- Establish and own performance metrics, communicating them to leadership.
- Ensure standardization of processes across shifts and sites within the BR Network.
Requirements:
- Experience working with Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen techniques
- Experience working in another logistics environment
- Relevant experience working with the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) in a professional environment
