Lo que buscamos en vosNos orientamos a profesionales que cuenten con experiencia de al menos 6 o más años en posiciones vinculadas a la venta, adquirida en la industria financiera/bancaria o de software de alto valor; que cuenten con cartera de clientes de las industrias mencionadas. El objetivo del puesto implica generar y acompañar el crecimiento del negocio, desarrollando el área comercial a nivel local.
Tareas y Responsabilidades- Generar nuevas oportunidades de negocio para luego gestionarlas, mantenerlas y desarrollarlas asegurando la ampliación del portafolio de soluciones digitales que ofrece la compañía.
- Organizar reuniones y generar contactos con los principales interlocutores de la industria para el desarrollo de potenciales clientes.
- Identificar, desarrollar y elaborar propuestas, realizando venta consultiva.
- Tener conocimiento y generar análisis de mercado que permitan generar estrategias según objetivos.
- Evaluar las características del mercado, competencia, entorno, amenazas.
- Conversar y proponer de manera estratégica soluciones de innovación alineadas a la transformación digital.
- Identificar, estar al tanto y entender la problemática de la industria.
- Administrar y ejecutar la estrategia comercial.
- Contar con autonomía, iniciativa y proactividad para la generación y mantenimiento de negocios.
- Poseer buen manejo de relaciones interpersonales.
- Habilidades para la negociación y conocimiento en el uso de estrategias comerciales.
- Nivel de inglés (preferentemente avanzado).
- Manejo de CRM (SalesForce).
- Disponibilidad para viajar.
