To succeed in our dynamic environment, we value respect, creativity, and fun. Collaboration drives ideation, and you will shape the sports media landscape as part of our team. You Are... An experienced and driven video editor who has produced quality edits within the media, entertainment, or sports industry. You are passionate about growth and able to work in collaboration with a team. You Will... Edit audio and video for various formats, such as podcasts, YouTube videos, advertisements, branded content, and more. Enhance sound quality by correcting sync issues, reducing noise, and applying EQ techniques. Add music, sound effects, and transitions to create a polished final product. Select impactful moments from episodes to create shorter video clips for social media platforms. Tailor clips for specific platform requirements and audience engagement. Create motion graphics, lower thirds, captions, and animations to enhance viewer experience. Integrate title cards, branding elements, and background visuals that align with the podcast's visual identity. Collaborate with hosts, producers, and social media managers to align on styles, themes, key messages, and desired tone. Job Requirements You Have... Advanced English language skills. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in video editing, preferably with podcast or interview-style content. Skills in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar video editing software; familiarity with audio software is a plus. A strong understanding of sound design, color correction, and motion graphics/animations. Excellent attention to detail and quality control in all aspects of editing. Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with multiple teams. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Demonstrated experience through a portfolio of video editing work.
