Amazon is seeking a Recommerce Manager to lead our operations. This role will focus on process optimization, stakeholder management, and sustainable operations, ensuring operational excellence in our recommerce team.

- Process design and optimization
- Forecast Execution
- Process Execution - Liquidation process, communicate with all FCs (14)
- Stakeholder communication - FCs and Liquidator/Commercial Team
- Metrics management for RTO and RTN process
- Process Execution
- Knowledge of SQL
- Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent
- Program or project management experience
- Supply chain experience
- Advanced English
- Knowledge of Lean principles and DMAIC methodology
- Experience in requirement gathering and ability to write clear and detailed requirement document
