- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements;
- Advanced English.
Amazon is seeking a Reverse Logistics Manager to lead our supplies and packages reverse logistics operations. This role will focus on process optimization, stakeholder management, and sustainable operations, ensuring operational excellence in our reverse logistics network. Key job responsibilities Own end-to-end reverse logistics processes for supplies and packages; Drive process improvements and cost optimization initiatives ; Manage cross-functional relationships and stakeholder expectations; Monitor and report on key performance metrics; Lead continuous improvement projects. A day in the life Lead operational meetings; Monitor process performance; Engage with stakeholders; Review and optimize workflows; Coordinate with cross-functional teams; Analyze performance data; Drive improvement initiatives.
- Experience driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership;
- Experience driving process improvements;
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization;
- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules.
