Como Business Strategist, você será responsável por desenvolver e fortalecer os negócios do cliente do qual fará a gestão. Seu principal objetivo será, a partir de um papel consultivo com visão de negócio, identificar potenciais problemas de marketing ou na operação e recomendar soluções de marketing e tecnologia a curto, médio e longo prazo.
Como será o seu dia a dia:
- Liderar o levantamento de informações relevantes sobre o cliente e seu negócio, e disseminar para o time envolvido na operação.
- Elaborar e conduzir a estratégia de crescimento da Jüssi no cliente.
- Ter ciência e fazer parte de decisões junto aos gestores das áreas técnicas que influenciarão os resultados do cliente;
- Encontrar novas oportunidades dentro do grupo, novas áreas e ou interlocutores que não fazem parte do escopo atual.
- Conduzir e direcionar ativamente as soluções e propostas de desenvolvimento de negócios com os gestores das áreas, incluindo valores e dimensionamento de time.
O que buscamos:
- Sólida experiência com liderança em estratégia e gestão de negócio em contas digitais, como grandes e-commerce;
- Conhecimento avançado em Marketing Digital;
- Conhecimentos em especialidades do Marketing Digital, como: Produtos digitais, Performance, Data, CRM etc.;
- Vivência em times que trabalham com metodologias ágeis e de projetos;
- Desejável: certificações relacionadas ao mercado digital.
- Capacidade de lidar com situações complexas e desafios do cliente de maneira estruturada;
- Capacidade de analisar problemas de negócios e identificar as causas raízes no que se refere ao marketing digital e articular-se com as áreas envolvidas.
