Unlock business potential by leveraging workforce data as a Data Insights Strategist. About the Role This is an exceptional opportunity to lead forecasting, capacity planning, scheduling, and real-time management processes across multiple business units. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design strategic dashboards and drive decision-making with data at its core. Key Responsibilities Develop and optimize workforce management dashboards and reports using Excel, Power BI, or Tableau. Collaborate with Finance, Operations, and Leadership to align staffing plans with service levels and cost-control objectives. Manage workforce planning during peak seasons, ensuring accuracy, scalability, and risk mitigation. Identify efficiency opportunities and implement best practices across WFM functions. Requirements include a degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Business Administration, or related field, 2+ years of experience in a similar role, in-depth knowledge of analytics methods, proficiency in English, and strong communication and negotiation skills. Preferred Background BPO experience, ideally within a social media or digital platform environment. The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of analytical and strategic skills, with the ability to drive business outcomes through data-driven insights.
