Modelo de atuação: Presencial 4x e um dia home (São Paulo/SP - Faria Lima). Como será sua jornada: Como uma pessoa Staff Engineer você vai trabalhar com líderes de variadas áreas como DevOps, A.I., Data, Marketing e Vendas, ajudando ou sendo protagonista na definição das nossas soluções técnicas e arquitetura. É também esperado que o Staff Engineer seja o responsável pela comunicação dessas definições para os desenvolvedores em conjunto com o seu Tech Manager, e pela mentoria técnica dos desenvolvedores. Este é um papel hands‑on no qual é esperado que o Staff Engineer participe ativamente do desenvolvimento das soluções e melhorias, uma vez concluídos os processos de alinhamento, planejamento e quebra das tarefas. Responsabilidades chaves: Apoiar a sua liderança imediata e sênior no planejamento técnico das demandas e soluções, sempre levando em consideração a alta performance, segurança e escalabilidade; Definir e evoluir a arquitetura dos nossos sistemas, garantindo alinhamento com a estratégia de tecnologia da empresa; O que você vai encontrar por aqui: ️ Saldo mensal no cartão Caju.
