Role Purpose Direct global revenue management initiatives for the hotel community, partner with operational and revenue leadership, develop and implement pricing, demand and yield strategies, train hotel teams, and drive continuous improvement of revenue management services across assigned regions. Key Accountabilities Facilitate communication, training and adoption of global revenue management projects to the hotel community through HPS and partners. Drive implementation of brand and regional pricing, yield, and selling strategies and best practices. Investigate and communicate new revenue opportunities and optimize pricing, demand, yield and inventory decisions. Collaborate with Brand / Revenue Management leadership to incorporate hotel needs and improvement ideas into system enhancements. Coach, develop and support HPS team members and direct reports to meet performance standards. Develop and present at leadership and regional meetings, lead assigned functions within budgetary and resource plans. Champion the ways of working and operating model for WHSD and work with stakeholders to assess competitive data, develop innovative consulting tools and communicate strategic plans. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel Management, Business, Statistics, Marketing, Finance or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience). 8–10 years progressive experience in hotel operations, revenue management or field consulting with proficiency in central reservations and revenue management systems (HOLIDEX Plus, PERFORM). Demonstrated project management experience and ability to execute large‑scale projects. Strong verbal, written and conflict resolution skills to influence key partners and clients.
