Job Summary The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the migration of data from legacy systems to new platforms. This role requires a strong understanding of data transformation and a keen eye for detail. About the Role We are seeking a skilled Data Migration Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for ensuring the integrity and security of our data throughout the migration process. Data Integrity and Quality Project Management Risk Management Your Key Responsibilities Will Include: Data Migration Planning You will develop and implement data migration processes, ensuring seamless transitions and minimal disruptions to our operations. Data Validation and Auditing As part of your duties, you will perform regular audits and validation checks to verify the accuracy and completeness of our migrated data. Project Coordination You will work closely with cross-functional teams to plan and manage data migration projects, including resource allocation and schedule management. Risk Mitigation You will identify and mitigate potential risks associated with data migration, developing proactive strategies to address any challenges that may arise.
