As an IT partner, you will become familiar with the targets, strategy, challenges, and priorities of the business and provide guidance to implement digital innovations. You will work with the business on strategic and innovation initiatives and process improvements via technology. You will be part of the IT partner organization for the Digital Industries Headquarter Functions and support & drive IT demands and projects for Zone Americas.

You’ll make an impact by:

  • Acting as a trusted advocate of the business within the IT organisation
  • Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting stakeholder relationships with assigned customers
  • Understanding the business environment, identifying objectives, and managing the portfolio of demands, projects, and services
  • Driving innovation with technology and scouting opportunities to increase business value
  • Aligning and sharing best practices with IT and Digital Industries IT organisations
  • Keeping the organisation informed on IT strategies, priorities, initiatives, and projects

You excel in:

  • Proficiency in stakeholder management and in building and nurturing relationships
  • Effective advocacy to represent the business within the IT organization using a collaborative approach
  • Understanding of the business environment, industry trends, and diverse perspectives
  • Experience in requirement analysis, managing demands, projects, and services with attention to detail and a solution-oriented mindset
  • Proficiency in program or project management methodologies, including Agile, with a focus on inclusive teams
  • Awareness of emerging technology trends: AI/ML, Data Analytics

You’ll meet the following qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum 10 years experience in IT and business partnering
  • Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience within Siemens
  • Experience with digitalization of business processes, especially in SAP, Salesforce, and Microsoft environments
