Overview At TripleTen, we're building a leading online bootcamp that helps people learn tech industry skills in less than a year. We currently operate in the US and Latin America. Responsibilities Banners for paid ads: design engaging ads by working closely with art director, copywriter, and managers from the Performance and Growth teams. Research and testing: collaborate with the team to generate hypotheses and develop design solutions for testing new creative approaches. Requirements 3+ years of experience and a solid portfolio with real projects; your portfolio includes at least 3 relevant projects in advertisement. Strong graphic design skills with a keen eye for detail and high-quality visual and interaction design. Basic motion design skills; ability to use simple animation to grab attention. Ability to implement AI tools in daily work to create realistic, high-quality visuals or animations quickly. Understanding of CJMs and UX/UI; ability to analyze the student journey and identify areas for improvement on the ads side. English communication at B2 level or higher. What we can offer Remote, part-time work 15-20 hours per week. Pay rate of $30-40 per hour Flexible schedule; work at your own pace with minimal micromanagement. Global collaboration; gain cross-cultural experience and connect with a team of designers and illustrators. Creative community; join a group of 20+ designers to share ideas and stay inspired.
