Key Responsibilities
Location: Remote – Latin America (LATAM)
Key Responsibilities
Employment Type: Full-time
- Develop ServiceNow applications using JavaScript, Business Rules, Client Scripts, and Script Includes.
- Build REST/SOAP integrations and automate workflows using Flow Designer.
- Configure ITSM modules, including Incident, Change, Problem, Service Catalog, and CMDB.
- Troubleshoot production issues, support upgrades, and improve platform performance.
- Collaborate with technical teams using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of hands‑on ServiceNow development experience.
- Strong JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting skills.
- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, Service Portal, Flow Designer, and ITSM.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, XML, and AJAX.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
- Strong problem‑solving and communication skills.
Preferred
Experience with ITOM, Discovery, SecOps, CSDM, OAuth 2.0, PowerShell, or AWS.
