Account Manager – SEO & Digital Marketing (US Clients | Remote LATAM) Join the Account Manager – SEO & Digital Marketing role at Parikh Financial . Location: Remote (LATAM‑based preferred). We partner with SaaS, eCommerce, and local businesses to scale their visibility across Google, ChatGPT, and emerging AI‑driven platforms. Role Summary As an Account Manager, you will serve as the strategic and operational bridge between our clients and the internal SEO/content teams. You’ll manage U.S.‑based accounts, ensure client satisfaction, align deliverables with business goals, and drive retention and growth through clarity, ownership, and outstanding relationship management. You must be fluent in marketing and SEO concepts, act as a trusted advisor, and reliably coordinate internal teams. Key Responsibilities Manage and grow a portfolio of U.S. client accounts. Act as primary point of contact—lead meetings, set expectations, build trust. Coordinate deliverables across SEO strategists, writers, and technical teams. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with client KPIs. Gather and synthesize performance insights for actionable reporting. Identify growth opportunities and flag potential risks. Document client goals, preferences, and feedback proactively. Maintain excellent internal communication to keep workstreams moving smoothly. Qualifications 3+ years in an agency environment, preferably SEO or digital marketing. Prior experience working with U.S. clients (required). Strong marketing background—SEO, content marketing, growth, or related. Advanced English—fluent in speaking, writing, and listening. Proven track record of client success, account retention, and high CSAT. Understanding of SEO workflows (audits, keyword research, content strategy, etc.). Comfortable using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, Notion, and Slack. Key Skills & Abilities Soft Skills Clear, responsive communication. Relationship management and empathy. Organization, prioritization, and self‑management. Attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple accounts. Strategic thinking and client advisory mindset. Hard Skills SEO concepts and digital marketing workflows. Project management basics (timelines, deliverables, status updates). Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Notion AI) is a plus. Ability to interpret and report on performance metrics. Additional Information Location: Remote — LATAM strongly preferred. Schedule: Full‑time, flexible hours with U.S. time‑zone overlap.
